As the new player in the area of PDAphone, Mito can be said successed by stealing the attention with Mito 9000. Because Mito 9000 is a PDAphone which supporting dual SIM Card and both of them can be run together. When i look it carefully in the upper right side there is 2 icon for the signal. The operator name will showed on one of Today Screen item. Even Mito 9000 supporting dual GSM and can be activated together but you still can choose to activating only one card and this setting are available on Standby Mode. Behind of the battery, i found 2 SIM slot. On the demo unit i had receive, top slot labeled as slave mode or can be read too as secondary SIM Card and under the secondary SIM slot there is master SIM slot. To make a call, Mito only using 1 call button and by default this button will using master card to make a call. When i want to make a call using secondary card, i should follow more procedure which is after pushing the number i want to call, i need to pressing the right menu button (percussion the Menu on the left side) and choose Dial secondary card. PDA phone are now also equipped with people search features that allow to cell phone lookup by number

Mito 9000 also can sorted SMS based on the SIM Card i had put by putting it on the folder A-SIM for master card and B-SIM for secondary card. I can replying the SMS by following the receipient SIM automatically. I can’t found a way to reply the SMS for SIM A with SIM B.

The keypad which is being used by Mito 9000 arranged 1-2-3-#. 4-5-6-0, 7-8-9-*; same like i had usually look at the cell phone made in China. The on-off button are separated from End Call button and being put on the right side of the top. Because of the keypad make the look of Mito 9000 look like usual cell phone, only a button with Windows logo as the sign that Mito 9000 is a PDA Phone based on Windows Mobile.

This product which using touch screen are using Windows Mobile Professional 6 as the operating system. Until now there is no news when the upgrade are available to upgrading the operating system to version 6.1. However, the performance of this devicecan be work properly. At least, many of applications that need lots of graphical resources can flows smooth.

From the connectivity side to the cyber world, Mito 9000 also come with GPRS connection. Unfortuneatly this device doesn’t have WiFi and 3G connection but there is GPS port on Mito 9000. Of course, the customers should buy it separately to using GPS and also buying the GPS Map.

To storing lots of data such as video, foto and so on, there is MicroSD slot but to take in and out the memory card will be bit difficult because the slot are located inside of the chassis, side by side with slave mode SIM slot. Other one thing which for me are bit difficult are the cable data port. Mito 9000 not using USB mini type or even USB micro type which usually being used by other PDA Phone, but using certain type which i already see from some phone cell brand.

Fortuneatly, the connector for audio are using 2.5mm jack headset and possible for the customers to use alternative headset by their own will. Just like other cell phone made in China, the external speaker in the back of the chassis giving loud voice but the voice sounded broken when i’m increasing the volume to maximum volume and there is no volume button on Mito 9000 so i can only use the volume button provided by Windows.

Mito 9000 Specifications

Network Support : GSM(A) : 850/900/1800 Mhz, GSM(B) : 900/1800 Mhz Display : 2.8 inci, TFT, 240×320 pixel, 262000 colors support Operating System : Windows Mobile 6 Professional Processor : ARM920T S3C2440 400MHz Internal Memory : Not Available Additional Memory : MicroSD Dimension : 11,1×5,8×1,6 cm Weight : 123 gram Battery : Li-ion 3.7V 1350 mAh Standby Time : around 2 days Talk Time : around 4 hours Device Connectivitiy : Data Cable, Bluetooth Internet Connectivity : GPRS Camera : 2MP Important Application : Encryption, External GPS, Contact Backup, Internet Sharing, KJava Package Content : charger, batere tambahan, headset, kabel data, MicroSD 1GB, stylus tambahan, screen protector, CD, manual, garansi, pouch.

04 March 2010 – The BBC reports that Microsoft has developed its first application for Google’s Android platform. Called Tag, the free software uses a handset’s camera to turn it into a mobile barcode reader, enabling barcodes to effectively become coupons that link people to websites, pass on information or give visitors a discount in an online store.

Microsoft’s move may seem odd in light of the fact it has its own mobile platform that is struggling to compete with rivals. Indeed, last month the company announced the planned launch later this year of Windows Phone 7 Series, regarded by analysts as Microsoft’s last opportunity to remain a major player in the mobile operating system space. However, Microsoft has already made the Tag application available on the iPhone, BlackBerry and Symbian handsets, as well as, of course, on Windows phones. The BBC report notes that Microsoft’s Android launch is made against a background of greater co-operation among operators on phone software. Last month at least 24 of the world’s largest mobile operators announced an agreement to create an open international applications platform, regarded by many as a move by operators to wrest control of the lucrative apps market away from software firms and phone makers

The OpenOffice.org Community has recently released the final version of OpenOffice.org 3.2, the free alternative to Microsoft’s Office productivity suite. The new version is faster than previous releases, offers new and improved features and functionality, gives better compatibility with other office software, and fixes bugs and potential security vulnerabilities, announced the OpenOffice.org Community

Calc and Writer in OpenOffice.org 3.2 for example show a 46% speed increase compared to version 3.0. “Cold start” times for Calc and Writer in OpenOffice.org 3.2 take almost half as long as they did in version 3.0.

//

Here are the other bits and pieces you can expect to get from OpenOffice.org 3.2:

- Faster start up times

- Improved compatibility with open standard (ODF) and proprietary file formats

- Improvements to all components, particularly the Calc spreadsheet, with over a dozen new or enhanced features

- The Chart module (usable throughout OpenOffice.org) has had a usability makeover as well as offering new chart types

Marketing Project Lead of OpenOffice.org, Florian Effenberger, comments: “Some people are currently locked in to other personal productivity tools – maybe by corporate IT policy, or by tie-in to other legacy software. For everyone else, we want OpenOffice.org to be the 2010 office software of choice, and 3.2 takes us another step towards that goal.”

If you are currently using OpenOffice.org 3, then you should upgrade to version 3.2 and take advantage of all the new and improved features and functionality the software has to offer. If you are still using OpenOffice.org 2, then you should definitely upgrade. The OpenOffice.org Community stopped supporting version 2.0 since December 2.0. This means OpenOffice.org no longer releases security patches of bug fixes for this version.

As always, the software is available for download free of charge to Windows, Mac OS X and Linux users. A detailed list of changes in OpenOffice.org 3.2 is available.

‘Music’ they say is the food of love. There is probably no human soul on this planet who does not like music. Now, if it is classical music and that too by some renowned composer, there is nothing like it. So here we go – the ’easiest to use process’ to create your dream play list. For every music source, the files have to be selected that you want to download. This will be time consuming as far as creating CD’s are concerned, because the audio files takes time for their storage. However, there is nothing to feel depressed about the matter. At present, with the development of technology, such issues are dealt with quite smartly. If you are really passionate about music, the only effort that you need to make is create the WAV files. This appliance would help you in developing an effective and rich audio collection. The factory audio converter
helps you in listening to the most favorite songs and you can also store them in recognized formats.

The Wma converter is always busy thinking how it can provide more convenience to the people. Any common format that you select can get stored on different known hard drive. This in turn reduces the problem of storing music and downloading it. You can now easily get the music on handy CD’s, mp3 players, some different hard drive or car player with the help of wma conversion to mp3. This is highly effective tool and you can even cut costs on this appliance. If you know by now the various options that the wma to mp3 converter
can bring about, it is for sure that it’s not false to any extent, every stated statement is true.

Seeing is believing – as popular ones say and quite often very true. Therefore, you should first see the tool and then believe it for yourself. For this reason, you should first and foremost select the songs that you want to download or the files that need conversion and the rest of the work will be done by this effective device. You really need not worry about the complex technology used by it to make your life easier.

The wma converter
can even help you in converting the lengthiest songs in few seconds only. Now, the task of collecting the favorite songs during one time has become all the easier. Even if you are not careful while you download various music sources that have the same compatibility with a particular player, there is nothing to worry about! The only work that you have to perform is to recognize the files that need conversion to the ‘audio files’ from one particular format to the other.

Moreover, if you are handling the mp3 converter for the very first time in your life, there would not be any problem. It is all very simple! In this case, just select the files that will have compatibility with the hard drives available in cars or homes. Therefore, there is nothing to fret about the issue. You can easily install this converter to your personal computer. That is why it is considered one of the most effective appliances for covering different problems related to music format. As a result, just take the device and abide by the simple steps to know it even better.

The display is 240×320 pixels. It is Equipped with T9 predictive text, SMS, EMS, MMS, E-mail, vibration, alarm clock, calculator, clock, phone book. It has two VGA cameras : the main one is 5.0 megapixel, with a resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels and is equipped with autofocus, image stabilizer, face detection, Wide Dynamic Range and LED flash, secondary education is used in video calling. As for connectivity it has 2.0/WAP JAVA MIDP 2.0, GPRS, Bluetooth 1.2, Built-in modem, USB. Samsung U900 also has an MP3 player, FM radio with RDS Integrated 64-tone polyphonic ringtones, images, logos and games are downloadable from the Internet.

The Call quality

The call quality isnt too good. This is because the sound is not really quiet. In noisy areas, with much noise around you, it was not always possible to properly understand the caller. The result is that you still close to the unit must be very hard to talk listen. Whether you will appreciate this area is still questionable.

Pros:
5 megapixel camera, 16 million colors; player and FM radio, 100 B of internal memory expandable; HSDPA

Downsides:
Low volume

Conclusion

All in all it is still a great device that excels mainly thanks to the built-in

Tweaks For Speed Beginners Guide

There’s always room for improvement and when it comes to Windows and your DSL connection, there is usually plenty of room for improvement. Often, your PC is unable to take full advantage of the lighting fast speeds that DSL provides because earlier systems like Windows 95 and 98 were never designed with Broadband technology in mind.

Do not despair, though, as there are things you can do to make your system run better, faster and smoother than ever before. These are known as DSL tweaks and though they are pretty technical when it comes to understanding what they actually do to your PC to help it run better, all you really need to know is whether they work or not.

For those who are technologically interested, a DSL tweak is a program that accesses your PC’s registry and ‘tweaks’ the settings to allow for faster connection times. There are many different programs you can use, the most common one being a program called DRTCP.

Once loaded, this gives you a simple interface that allows you to change settings normally embedded well beyond your reach. Of course, you will want to use some caution when playing about in your system registry. Make sure your backups are up to date and you have the necessary software and licenses to reinstall Windows if anything goes horribly wrong.

Once the program accesses your registry, you can allow more data to flow to your PC faster. The factory settings it comes with can slow it down unnecessarily. There are several settings you can tweak for better performance. The most important one is something called RWIN. RWIN can normally be raised to optimize performance, though setting the value too high can cause loss of data.

Tweaking your PC can be a lot of fun. Just make sure you use a decent, reputable program like DRTCP and make notes of all the settings you change, so you can change them back if things go fuzzy. Take it slow, follow the directions and before you know it, you’ll be surfing faster than you ever thought possible.
